ABOUT THE SWEATSHIRTS

Our sweatshirts are made from 100% cotton French terry that sits right in the middle: not too light, not too heavy, and comfortable enough to wear year-round.

Each saying starts as hand embroidered artwork, then gets digitized and machine embroidered onto the chest.

The silhouette is relaxed and boxy, with a wider-cut body and a cleaner shape than a traditional oversized sweatshirt.

ARE THEY CROPPED?

No.

They can sometimes look cropped in photos because of the wider body and cleaner hemline, but they are not designed as a true cropped sweatshirt.

A traditional cropped sweatshirt typically finishes above the natural waist or around the belly button. Ours do not.

What they also don’t have is the extra blousing you sometimes get with a more traditional sweatshirt shape, where the body extends farther down and folds over the waistband. The silhouette is cleaner and more structured.

HOW DO THEY FIT?

Generally speaking, they fit true to size.

Our sweatshirts are designed with a women’s fit, with a relaxed, boxy shape and slightly shorter proportions than a traditional unisex sweatshirt.

Your regular size will give you the fit they were designed for. If you prefer a more oversized look, size up.

Men wear them too, but because of the shorter body length, we recommend checking the measurements carefully and sizing up if a longer or more relaxed fit is preferred.

The body has more room through the width, while the sleeves and overall proportions stay balanced so the sweatshirt doesn’t feel bulky.

THE BEST WAY TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

The most accurate way to choose your size is to compare the measurements to a sweatshirt you already own and love.

• your favorite sweatshirt
• our size chart below

Lay your sweatshirt flat, measure it, and compare those measurements to the size guide.

That will give you a much better idea of how each size will fit on you than relying on the size label alone.

When in doubt, stay true to size for the intended fit. Size up if you want more room.
