SWEATSHIRTS
All sweatshirts are final sale with no exchanges. Please review our size charts prior to placing an order and reach out to us with any questions that you may have.
JEWELRY
All of our jewelry is made-to-order and therefore final sale with no returns/exchanges, including custom orders. Please reference the individual product pages for detailed specs on the jewelry before purchasing. If you have any specific questions, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
Jewelry: all jewelry is made to order. Cancelations are only accepted if production has not yet begun. Once your piece enters production, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If a jewelry order is approved for cancellation, a 3% fee applies to cover transaction costs.
Apparel: all orders are processed and fulfilled quickly though our 3PL partner. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. In the event a cancellation is approved, a $15 fee applies to cover transaction costs and handling.

REPAIRS
For all repair requests, please contact: hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com. Please include your order number, name, description of the issue and photo of the damaged jewelry. We will review the request within 2-5 business days and advise next steps.
Customer is responsible for cost of repair or alternations, unless it is within 90 days of purchase date and determined that there is an issue with the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs and we are not responsible for our items that have been repaired by other jewellers.
