RETURNS & ORDER CHANGES

All D+S purchases are final sale. 

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including size, metal, diamond type, shipping address and any other required product information. 

Order Changes
If you need to request a change, contact us immediately at hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com.
We'll do our best to accommodate changes before an order enters processing or production, but changes are not guaranteed. 
Once an order has entered fulfillment or production, it cannot be modified. 

Cancellations
Orders are not eligible for cancellation once submitted. 
In the rare event that we approve a cancellation as an exception, any non-refundable transaction or processing fees incurred by Diamonds + Sweatshirts will be deducted from the refund. 

Incomplete Order Information 
Customers are responsible for providing all information required to complete their order, including customization details where applicable. 
If required information is missing, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the information provided at checkout. 
If we are unable to obtain the information needed to complete the order, the order may be canceled and refunded less any nonrefundable transaction or processing fees. 

Final Sale
Fine jewelry, apparel, sale items and collaboration pieces are final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page. 
We do not offer standard returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences or unwanted items.

Exceptions
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, contact us within five business days of delivery at hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com with your order number and photos of the item. 
Any exception to our final-sale policy is made at the discretion of Diamonds + Sweatshirts.
