RETURNS & ORDER CHANGES

All items from Diamonds + Sweatshirts are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details, size charts, and specifications carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, reach out to us at hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com, we're happy to help. 

APPAREL 
All apparel is final sale. Because we work with an external fulfillment partner, orders begin processing very quickly after they've been placed. If you notice an error and contact us before your order goes into picking, we'll do our best to update it:

• Order Changes (address updates, size/style changes, etc.,) are subject to a $9 administrative fee charged by our fulfillment partner 
• Order Cancelations (if requested immediately and before fulfillment begins) are subject to both a $9 administration fee and a 3% processing fee to cover external payment charges. 
  

Once an order has entered fulfillment (picking or packing), it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. 

 
FINE JEWELRY 
All jewelry is made-to-order and therefore final sale. Cancelations are only accepted before production begins. Once your piece enters production, it cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation request is approved, a 3% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs. 
We recommend reviewing all product details and specifications carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, design, or materials, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
