RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our jewelry is made-to-order and therefore final sale with no returns/exchanges, including custom orders. Please reference the individual product pages for detailed specs on the jewelry before purchasing. If you have any specific questions, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
For all repair requests, please contact: email@example.com. Please include your order number, name, description of the issue and photo of the damaged jewelry. We will review the request within 2-5 business days and advise next steps.
Customer is responsible for cost of repair or alterations, as well as shipping costs, unless it is within 90 days of purchase and determined that there is an issue with the product.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs and we are not responsible for our items that have been repaired by other jewellers.
