We want your pieces and apparel to stay as beautiful as the day they arrived. Below you'll find our care recommendations and repair information. 

FINE JEWELRY 
Our jewelry is crafted in 14K gold with natural conflict-free diamonds or lab-grown diamonds. Each piece is made by hand and should be handed with extra love and care. 

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry:
- Always make sure clasps are secure and stones are intact before wearing to avoid loss. 
- Avoid wearing jewelry in the shower, pool, hot tub, or during active sports, as these environments can cause dents, scratches, or loosen settings. 
- Never use ultrasonic cleaners or hot water on gemstone jewelry, as heat can potentially alter the color. 
- To clean, use lukewarm water, a soft cloth, and non-abrasive jewelry wash. 
- Keep hairspray, lotion, and perfume away from your pieces.

APPAREL 
Our sweatshirts and tees are made from 100% cotton. To maintain their shape and color:
- Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry. 
- Although pre-shrunk, cotton can shrink an additional 2-3% if washed on high heat. 
- To keep them looking their best, wash inside out and avoid harsh detergents or bleach. 

REPAIRS
If your jewelry ever needs repair, we're here to help.

- Your order number
- Your name 
- A description of the issue 
- A clear photo of the item 

We'll review your request within 2-5 business days and advise next steps. Customers are responsible for repair and shipping costs unless the repair is requested within 60 days of purchase and determined to be a manufacturing issue. 
We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair requests or those resulting from wear, misuse, or modification by another jeweler.
