USA Store. Orders placed on the US website ship from New York, New York. 

Processing & Production
Ready-to-ship items typically leave our studio within 2-3 business days. 
Made-to-order jewelry production times are listed on each product page. 
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email. 

US Shipping
Complimentary shipping is included on all US orders. 
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the item and destination. 
High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. 

Duties & Taxes
Duties, tariffs, taxes and customs fees are determined by the destination country and may be collected upon delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout. Those charges are not set or collected by Diamonds + Sweatshirts. 
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Transit times vary by carrier and location. 

Refused or Returned Items 
Customers are responsible for any costs associated with refused, unclaimed or undeliverable shipments, including return shipping, duties, taxes and carrier fees. 

All jewelry and apparel is final sale. Refused or abandoned shipments are not eligible for refund. 

Address Changes
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com. 

Any additional shipping or carrier fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer. 

Missed or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows an issue or your package has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
