SHIPPING POLICY
ALL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPED FROM MICHIGAN OR CALIFORNIA.
Production timelines are noted on the individual product pages, meaning how long each product will take to make. These timelines are in addition to the shipping timelines noted below.
Production Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Date
UNITED STATES
We provide complimentary shipping on orders over $100 USD to the USA. Apparel orders are shipped via USPS and Jewelry orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, tracking links are included with all shipments.
INTERNATIONAL (Canada, Australia, Europe, Rest of World)
The cost of the shipment will be calculated and provided to you at checkout (for apparel items). Depending on your country, duties/taxes may be included at checkout or at the time the goods are imported into your country's Custom Agency. If any duties are applied, the payment is the sole responsibility of the recipient, not Diamonds + Sweatshirts. We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed with the courier, please ensure all information is correct before completing your order. If any shipping charges or incorrect addresses result in shipping charges due to bounced or undeliverable packages, it is the responsibility of the receiver of the goods.
**For International Jewelry orders, please contact us directly prior to placing an order to confirm the shipping fees.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
By placing an order with Diamonds + Sweatshirts, you are aware and in agreement of the following conditions:
- All fine jewelry orders will be shipped via a tracking service and may require a signature upon delivery
- Duties + Taxes are determined by the country's Custom Agency and the payment is the sole responsibility of the recipient (not Diamonds + Sweatshirts).
- Any and all shipping charges due to bounced or undeliverable packages (incorrect addresses) is the responsibility of the receiver of the goods
- Tracking numbers will be provided from us to the email address you have provided during checkout. The tracking link may take up to 24hrs before it activates.
If there are any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact us at hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com. For USPS, we will submit a ticket on your behalf to locate the missing package, this can take up to ten business days for USPS to review/advise.
