SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you'll find details on where each product ships from, how duties and taxes work, and what to expect once your order has been placed. 

Where Your Order Ships From:

  • Apparel (sweatshirts, socks, tees): fulfilled and shipped by our parter in Los Angeles, California (USA)
  • Fine Jewelry: handcrafted and shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different locations. 

Processing & Production Time
Production timeline are listed on individual product pages for made-to-order pieces. Once your order is complete, it ships using the method at checkout. You'll receive a tracking email when your order leaves our warehouse or studio. 

U.S. Orders
We offer complimentary shipping within the United States. 

  • Apparel orders ship via USPS or UPS 
  • Fine jewelry orders ship via FedEx 
  • Tracking links are provided for all shipments. High-value shipments require a signature upon delivery. 

International Orders (Canada, Australia, Europe, Rest of World)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Transit times vary by carrier and location.

Duties & Taxes
Import duties, tariffs, and customs fees are determined by your country's border agency and are not all included in shipping costs, unless explicitly stated at checkout. These charges are collected by the carrier or your local customs office. Diamonds + Sweatshirt does not control or receive any portion of these fees. 

Returned/Refused Deliveries (Apparel Only)
If an apparel order (sweatshirts, socks, accessories) is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or failed delivery attempts, the customer remains responsible for all associated costs, including:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees charged by the carrier 
  • Any duties, taxes or import fees billed back to Diamonds + Sweatshirts 
  • A $39.00 USD per-item return processing & warehouse administration fee

These charges will be deducted from the customer's refund only after the item is returned in original unused condition. 

Returned/Refused Deliveries (Jewelry Only)
Fine jewelry is custom-made to order and final sale. We do not accept cancelations, returns, refused deliveries, or abandoned shipments for jewelry purchases, regardless of destination, duties, or delivery status. If a shipment is a refused by a customer for any of these reasons and the jewelry is returned to Diamonds + Sweatshirts, the item will be forfeited and no refund will be issued

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues 
Please double check your shipping information before completing checkout. Because we work with an external fulfillment partner, orders begin processing very quickly after they've been placed. 
Once an order has been processed, we're unable to make any changes. If you notice an error and contact us before the order goes into picking, we'll do our best to update it; however our fulfillment partner charges a $9.00 USD administrative fee for any address or order changes, which will be invoiced before the adjustment is made. 

If an order ships with an incorrect address, or is returned due to an incomplete or refused delivery, all additional shipping and return costs, including restocking fees, are the responsibility of the recipient.
