Our sweatshirts fit true to size with a relaxed, boxy silhouette. For the best fit, reference the size chart on each product page and compare the measurements to a sweatshirt you already own.

Do sweatshirts come in other colors?
The colors shown on the website are the colors currently available. We do not offer custom color requests.

Where is your apparel made?
Our apparel is produced overseas and ships from our New York warehouse.

How long does made-to-order jewelry take?
Production times vary by piece. Please reference the individual product page for the current made-to-order timeline.

Where is your jewelry made?
Our fine jewelry is made to order in New York City.

Can I request a different ring size or necklace length?
Possibly. For sizing or length requests outside the options shown, email hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com and we’ll let you know what’s available.

ORDERS + SHIPPING

Can I return or exchange my order?
No. All jewelry and apparel are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately at hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before processing or production begins, but changes are not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Do you restock sold-out apparel?
Some styles may return, but restocks are not guaranteed.
