JEWELRY REPAIRS

We’re happy to review D+S jewelry for repair.

To get started, email hello@diamondsandsweatshirts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the piece.

Repairs are assessed individually. Within the first 90 days of normal wear, issues determined by Diamonds + Sweatshirts to be manufacturing-related may be repaired at no charge. All repair requests are reviewed individually, and Diamonds + Sweatshirts reserves the right to determine whether an issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or another cause. Photos, the condition of the piece, the nature of the damage, and the circumstances of wear may all be considered as part of that assessment. 

After 90 days, repair and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we determine the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect.

Repair fees vary depending on the work required and will be confirmed before any work begins. Repairs are subject to the availability of materials and components. In some cases, original components may no longer be available or a piece may no longer be repairable. Where possible, we may offer an alternative repair or replacement component, which will be discussed and approved before work begins. Diamonds + Sweatshirts reserves the right to decline a repair where the necessary materials are unavailable or where the condition of the piece makes repair impractical. 

D+S may decline repairs involving accidental damage, misuse, excessive wear, lost stones or components, or work previously performed by another jeweler.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping items submitted for repair. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Diamonds + Sweatshirts is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit while being shipped to us. 

Repair timelines vary depending on the work required and will be provided once the piece has been assessed.
